Kerry Singleton is the Global Security Channel Sales Engineer in Cisco’s Global Security Partner Sales Organization. His remit also includes enabling Cisco partners to articulate Cisco’s value proposition as the No. 1 security partner and advisor in the industry.

With over two decades of expertise in the security and IT industry, Kerry’s role is focused on developing and positioning cybersecurity as an integral foundation for all businesses. Prior to his current role, Kerry was Managing Director, Global Enablement and Incubation Sales in Cisco’s Global Security Sales Specialist Organization. Earlier, based out of Singapore, Kerry oversaw cybersecurity sales for the Asia, Pacific, Japan, and China (APJC) region and before that, ASEAN. Prior to these roles, Kerry held the position of Regional Director for Advanced Threat Solutions in APJC, where he worked on interfacing new technologies into Sales and Technical Teams, Business Unit, Marketing, Sales, and Channel to grow the business within the region.

Kerry joined Cisco following the acquisition of Lancope in 2015, where he was the Director of Secure Network Analytics (formerly Stealthwatch) Sales for the Middle East, Africa, Russia, and APJC. In previous roles, Kerry worked as a Systems Engineering Manager for DDI company Infoblox and held various roles on the customer side at the Royal Bank of Scotland, Lloyds Banking Group, and British Airports Authority (BAA).

Kerry holds a master’s degree from the University of Strathclyde, Scotland, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Massey University, New Zealand. He lives in Tampa, Florida, with his wife and son.

Richard Balducci is a seasoned information security leader at Integer Holdings Corporation, a global medical device outsourcing manufacturer based in Plano, TX. Richard has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and is currently pursuing his MBA.

Sean Sims, AVP, Digital Incubator & Advanced Analytics, Unum

Sean Sims serves as the Assistant Vice President of Strategy & Transformation within Unum’s Digital Incubator & Advanced Analytics organization. In this capacity, he provides programmatic support across a portfolio of innovation initiatives. Mr. Sims is responsible for budget, strategic planning, reporting, stakeholder communication, and special projects.

Prior to joining Unum Group, Mr. Sims was Portfolio Manager in the Division of Information Technology at the University of South Carolina. He was responsible for the university’s enterprise resource planning system for registration.

David Gahagan, CISO, UTIMCO

David Gahagan is a senior security leader with experience in technology, security, governance, and compliance at the largest public university endowment in the US. He has built and lead teams in a variety of disciplines including security, vulnerability management, infrastructure, and web application development. He is currently co-sponsor of UTIMCO's strategic AI governance and Microsoft AI program.

David is also actively involved in serving his community as a Commissioner and President of a large combination fire department where has oversees disaster and emergency response, fire safety education and community outreach.

Kristine Lee, MD - Executive Director, The Permanente Medical Group

Kristine Lee, MD is an associate executive director with The Permanente Medical Group. Dr. Lee oversees the areas of Virtual Medicine as well as Technology, Innovation, the Division of Research, and TPMG Consulting Services.

Dr. Lee’s main focus is to use technology to enhance and support inbasket management and patient chronic conditions management. The focus on virtual health is also meant to be an adjunct to traditional care to educate and engage patients in their own care and to enhance remote monitoring capabilities. There will be considerable overlap with innovation and IT with a focus of operationalizing AI and digital health technology tools.

Dr. Lee joined TPMG at Kaiser Permanente (KP) San Francisco (SFO) Medical Center in 2008. Throughout her career, Dr. Lee has held numerous leadership positions starting with Data Quality, Coding and Medicare physician lead in 2010 and was promoted to Assistant Program Director with the Internal Medicine Residency Program in 2013.

Dr. Lee became the Chief of Chronic Conditions Management, Assistant Chief of Population Management, AND Assistant Chief of Adult and Family Medicine (AFM) in 2014. She developed and implemented SFO’s strategy to engage AFM pharmacists as advance practice providers to offload pharmacy items from the inbox; created and managed the Message Management Center; and piloted numerous projects in asthma, osteoporosis, tobacco cessation, diabetes, depression, hypertension, breast cancer, colon cancer, cervical cancer screening, and pediatric immunization. This led Dr. Lee to take on the role of AFM Department Chief in 2016 and Chair of AFM in 2018.

In 2021, Dr. Lee joined the Regional Offices as the Regional Medical Director for Desktop Medicine. She developed a central Regionwide Pharmacy Program to support 4.5 million patients, as well as, designed and executed workflows and technology solutions to help all physicians manage their inbasket secure message volume.

Dr. Lee received her Medical Doctor at the University of Hawaii, John A. Burns School of Medicine. She completed her Internal Medicine Residency at Kaiser Permanente San Francisco. Dr. Lee also participated in the TPMG Emerging Leader Program and completed the Executive Leadership Program at the Harvard School of Business in 2023.

Dr. Lee is a parent of three kids, age 16, 13, and 4, with many interests. When she does have down-time, she loves whipping up a feast for her family or guests in her kitchen.
