These instructions are ONLY if you are shipping Collateral and/or SWAG and would like your boxes to be at your booth the morning of September 30th. You must carefully follow these THREE STEPS for shipping to The Cosmopoliton.

STEP 1

Ship boxes to FedEx at The Cosmopolitan using the following format:

‍** Important: If you are using a third party vendor to ship SWAG or Marketing collateral directly to the hotel, please make sure they have the instructions above to properly label the packages**

STEP 2

IMPORTANT! ALL packages must arrive at The Cosmopolitan FedEx no later than Wednesday, September 24. You are responsible to track your packages. Trace3 will NOT track packages.

STEP 3

IMPORTANT! Once you have confirmed your packages have arrived at The Cosmopolitan, call FedEx at 702.207.2724 to pay the FedEx Receiving Fees AND authorize the boxes for release to Cindy Hestand with Trace3. Your boxes must be paid before Friday, September 26. Your boxes will not be released to Trace3 without payment.

Following all steps above will ensure Trace3 will have your boxes ready at your booth upon arrival.

Note:

August 12, 2025 LAST DAY to send tracking numbers if you would like Trace3 to receive your boxes.

September 4, 2025 LAST DAY for all shipments to arrive at The Cosmopolitan if you would like Trace3 to receive your boxes.
